Albion
We had a long, but productive travel day today with 2 locks and 5 lift bridges. We stopped in Brockport and tied up at the city wall and ate lunch at a bar & grill, then arrived here about 3:30. We are the only boat tied up here and the town is historic, but has seen better days. A little eerie, but it's just for overnight. We took Madison for a walk and saw lots of historic churches and buildings. Albion is also the birthplace of George Pullman who invented the sleeping car for trains. Fun fact...
It will be an early night for us because tomorrow will be another full day underway. Yay!
